Electrostatic Filters are made from
fine spun plastics designed to allow
for more air to pass between the
spun fibers.
 How
it works -- Air flows between the
fine plastic edges of the spun
plastic fiber and creates a static
charge - much the same way shuffling
your feet on the floor creates an
electrostatic charge - which
attracts smaller particles much more
efficiently than a filter made from
a different material and different
design but with the same size fiber.
Because
the filter does not need to be as
dense to filter the same amount of
