Warranty & Service
- EarthWise Technnologies, Inc (EWT) warrants this
product, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials under
normal use and service, for a period of one year from
the date of purchase. EWT further warrants the infrared
heating elements and fan motors, to the original
purchaser or gift recipient, for a period of two
additional years from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty Details: For an additional two-year
period, EWT shall warrant the infrared elements and fan
motors in the heater to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use and service,
and shall supply at no cost to the original purchaser
replacement elements or fans as required to maintain
product in good working order.
Shipping: EWT or its Dealer shall bear the cost of
return shipping and repair, or replacement if, during
the first 90 days, there is a defect in workmanship or
materials. Thereafter, customer shall bear the cost of
return shipping and EWT shall repair or replace any
defective part including all labor for a period of one
full year from the date of purchase.
Limitations
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the
length of the implied warranty, so the above limitation
may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EWT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT, OR MEDICAL
EXPENSES CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, MISUSE, OR
MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The Company will not be responsible for the damages or
losses, direct or indirect, caused by misuse, abuse,
accident, negligence, conditions of transportation or
storage, or failure to follow instructions. The Company
will not be responsible for any statements that are made
or published, written or oral, that are inconsistent
with this written warranty, or which are misleading or
inconsistent with the facts as published in the
literature or specifications by the Company.
Warranty Restriction
This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial
number has been altered or removed from the product.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To obtain warranty service, you must:
Contact the Dealer you purchased your equipment from for
additional instruction.
Provide proof of purchase, if requested, in the form of
a Bill of Sale or receipted invoice to show evidence
that the unit is within the warranty period.

The "Soft Heat"
CZ Infrared™ space heater essentially duplicates the

warmth. This heated air is then directed back into the indoor
environment by fans - through a grill on the front of the unit. The

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will normally be shipped within 24 - 48 hours
once payment is confirmed. Please allow 10-14 business days
to receive your order. You can expect most of our popular units
to be shipped in 1-2 weeks.
How will you ship my order?
Shipments are made via FedEx Ground.
How can I track my order?
You will be notified by email when your order ships and you will
receive a tracking number that will allow you to check on shipping
progress.

When do I get charged?
You will be charged upon placement of your order. You will receive a
conformation email from PayPal when funds are withdrawn from
your account. You can print out and save your reciept
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. PayPal Guarantee's that each purchase you make is protected and
safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for
them.
How do you protect my personal
information?

information, including your name and credit card number, so that it

Return
Policy
- We proudly stand behind the technology
and products that we sell. You may return
merchandise in its original condition within 30*
days of receiving your order. We will refund the
total sales amount and the original shipping charges
(if any). The merchandise must also be in new
condition, packed in its original manufacturers box
and include all original packaging material,
original manuals and any accessories that came with
the item.
Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior
to shipping your package back to us.
- We will only refund shipping costs if the return
is a result of our error.
- Any claims for damaged items or
discrepancies (for example: missing items in your
order) must be submitted to our Customer Service
Department within 7 business days after delivery.
You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or
telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue
a refund, if notified after 7 business days.
If the return is the result of our error, we
will arrange to have the item picked up via FedEx
and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a
complete refund including shipping costs, if any.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs for Canadian
orders. Items that are returned in un-sellable
condition, are missing parts, or returned to us
without authorization will be charged a 10%-20%
restocking fee at our discretion.
If a package is returned to our warehouse or
undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier,
and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to
you, we will refund the total sales amount minus a
$35 shipping charge.

How to Return An item
1. Call our Customer Service Hotline at
(888)
627-7498 to obtain a return merchandise
authorization (RMA). we will issue a RMA# for the
return which you must write on the box.
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its
original packaging with all documents, manuals,
parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in
the original box. Please clearly write your RA # on
the outside of your box.
3. Shipping your return- If you are shipping the
unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as
the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that
you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or
FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.
Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for
your records. Your responsible for seeing to it that
we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged
and in good working order.
4. Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an
e-mail to notify you that your return has been
processed. We will issue you a credit refund. Please
allow 14 business days for your credit refund to
post to your account.

the warehouse.

If you have not received your credit within the
allotted time, please contact us at

Credit Time Table
· RETURNS - Please allow 14 business days after our
warehouse receives your package for a refund to be
processed to your credit card. For orders paid with
an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via
First Class Mail within 14 business days.
· This time does not include the time it takes for
the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time
involved to process a claim.
